Membership Freeze Form
Going away? Need time off? No worries, we’ve got you covered. If you are a Semi-private member, you may suspend your membership if you are going away for more than 2 weeks. Medical freezes are always free with a doctor’s note.
Semi-Private members are allowed 1 complimentary freeze every 3 months.
Your billing will be suspended for the duration of the freeze and will automatically resume once the freeze period has ended.
Any suspended payments will be added onto the initial term of your agreement, extending your Membership term by the length of the freeze.
If you are gone for less than 2 weeks, we can carry over any remaining sessions you have during the cycle so you can make them up.

By clicking submit, I understand that my Nicely Fit Co Membership will be inactive during the period defined above including a suspension on my Membership payments, use of the Nicely Fit Co. Clubhouse, and ability to book services via MINDBODY. The day after my freeze ends, my Membership will be reinstated at the exact point in my Membership agreement where it paused on the freeze start date. I understand this may result in a change to the dates of my automatic monthly Membership payments.
