Will I always have the same trainer?

Our semi-private sessions will usually be taught by the same staff member, unless they are on vacation. When you sign up for a semi-private session, you can see the primary instructor in Mindbody. We do not guarantee, that you will always have the same trainer to work with as our schedules do change sometimes. All of our staff are highly skilled trainers and will have knowledge of your program. One on one trainer arrangements will typically have the same trainer.


Why am I not billed the same day every month?

Our month to month memberships bill every 4 weeks (28 days), as opposed to the same day every month. We do this because we have noticed clients we’re running out of sessions and having to wait a few day’s before their next batch kicked in. I’m going away, can I pause my membership?

Since our memberships are month to month, we are happy to pause a full month membership as long as we are notified in advance of your next billing date. We do not pause memberships for say, a week vacation, but in extenuating circumstances, such as injury or a family emergency, we can make accommodations. Please reach out at training@nicelyfitco.com for more info on membership changes.


If you are fully vaccinated and have proof of vaccination, you may remove your mask. A physical vaccine card or the Excelsior pass are considered valid proof of vaccination.
